By submitting Personal Information through Our Site or via correspondence with WDIWTD, You expressly consent to the collection, use and disclosure of Your Personal Information, by WDIWTD, for the purposes of providing Our Services to You! We will maintain and use this information responsibly. Please note that WDIWTD does not sell coaching to minors. If You suspect that someone under the age of 18 is using Our Site, please contact Us immediately and We will erase Their Personally Identifiable Information and terminate business relations until The Individual becomes a legal adult.
Data We Collect from You
Account Registration
To comment on our blog, You must sign up for a membership. We offer other Services, such as Coaching, and You may contact us via Email or on one of Our webforms to pursue such Services. We recommend that You become a Member in order to maximize Our ability to Serve You! The registration of a Membership Account requires You to provide a Username, Email Address and Password. You will receive an email shortly thereafter, confirming Your registration. Once You have signed up as a member of Our site, You can view, edit and delete Your information from Your “My Account” Dashboard. Users (and Site Administrators) cannot edit their Usernames. Your Username is Yours for the life of Your Membership. Website Administrators can also see and edit Your Personal Information. Our site operates using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security measures to ensure safe transmission of all of Your information across Our site. When You elect to buy coaching from Us, You will also be required to submit Your first and last name, billing address, credit card/debit card number, expiration date, CSV code, and billing zip code. We do not store Your credit card information on Our Servers, because We safely and securely use PayPal as our Payment Processor.
General Browsing
Whether You are a WDIWTD Member or not, We collect Anonymous Data, including data about how You browse; Search Engine Results such as when You search on Our site and regarding any Search Engine that brought You to Us; information about Your device such as Your operating system, what browser You use, or Your screen resolution; Your network connection; Your IP address and the date/time stamp for Your visit. If You are a WDIWTD Member, We will also collect data about how and when You access Your Account. We use this information to see which areas of Our Site are most visited, how they are visited, and under what circumstances they are used and viewed. All of this Anonymous Data helps Us improve the quality of visitors’ online reading experiences by recognizing and delivering more of the features, services and products that Our visitors prefer. We may also use this information to provide You advertising or marketing, which You may opt out of. From telephone users, We collect Your phone number and other information given to Us by You during the phone conversation. We use this information to provide to You Our Services, to enhance Our Services, and to answer any questions You may have.

Our Use
As described above, We will use Personal Information to perform the Services, including to facilitate the creation of and to secure Your account on Our network and to identify You as a user in Our system. Third Parties
We use a third party payment processor (PayPal) to assist Us in processing and share with them Your PII payment information securely. Such third party processors’ use of Your Personal Information is governed by their respective privacy policies which may or may not contain privacy protections as protective as this privacy policy.
We may use other third parties (such as Zoom or Skype) to help Us provide services and marketing to You, such as fulfilling coaching orders, processing payments, monitoring site activity, identifying and preventing fraud, conducting quality assurance and testing, providing support, and administering e-mails, and share with them Your Personal Information solely for those purposes.
If We share any Personal Information with any of these third parties, We will require that such information be used only to provide the services requested by Us and be maintained by them in strictest confidence.
We do not control the use by third parties of Your Personal Information that We collect, and its use by them will be in accordance with their own privacy policies. However, We will ensure that they are bound by agreements with Us that include non-disclosure and certain data protection provisions. If You do not wish for Your Personal Information to be shared in this manner, You may opt not to purchase virtual meeting coaching sessions from us. It is still possible to receive coaching over the phone. We will always ask for Your consent before sharing Your Personal Information with Third Parties for purposes other than those described herein.
We currently use the following Third Parties in the following ways: Google Analytics to track User behavior in order to provide data on how effective Our Site is designed, structured and implemented to provide You better Service; Anti-Spam by CleanTalk (an automated spam detection service) to filter bots and hackers out of the pool of prospective, legitimate Users; an Email marketing company to send You Emails regarding Products and Services related to those that You may have browsed or purchased; PayPal as our secure Payment Processor, which stores all of Your credit card information on Their Private and Secure Servers (no credit card information is stored on Our servers); and in the future We may use any number of respectable, professional and secure Third Parties in order to better serve You!
In the event of a data breach, We will notify You as soon as We know what has happened and advise on steps to take (if any) to ensure Your ongoing Privacy (such as changing passwords).
Cookies, Tracking and Opting Out
A cookie is a small piece of text data, stored on a User’s browser, having been generated by the website being visited by the User. Google Analytics offers IP address anonymization, DNT (Do Not Track) support, and support for User tracking opt-out. There is no industry standard or understanding about how to respond to “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals. Although it is not required by law, We make an effort to abide by DNT signals from Our Members’ browsers. These backups are stored securely in compressed files on Our Servers and in a secure third party cloud service and are not accessible to anyone but Our Website Administrators and Our Server Administrators.

We will retain Your Personal Information for as long as Your Account is active or for as long as needed to provide You with the Services. We also retain Your Personal Information for legitimate business purposes and to comply with the law.
